A peaceful, balancing and cleansing experience to support the flow of energy in your body. Each experience is intuitively created just for you! 

I have just renovated a new space so now my treatment and shop space are all flowing together creating a dreamy space for your session and exploring after. 

All sessions are completely unique and no experience will ever be the same. I like to start with a chat and a run through of what will happen. You then lay on the bed and relax in for your session. I place my hands along your Chakras, creating space and flow in the body to support healing and balance. I work using Reiki (Japanese Energy Healing), colour and crystals along the Chakras, allowing your energy to flow and radiate at its brightest. During the session I will use a range of tools including crystals, sound bowls, music, a range of sound healing tools, incense and smudging.

After your session we have plenty of time to chat through the experience with some explanations of what I have worked on. You can ask any questions and we can explore some tools and practices that may help you on your healing journey.
