FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will usually take somewhere between 2-5 days to be sent. This will just depend on what you order as some products need to be made which will take a little longer. 

I will always try and send your orders as quickly as possible, but because of my packaging process it does take me a little longer to get your order together. Every single order is lovingly wrapped and sent like a gift. I believe that every order should offer an experience.                

Once your order is collected by the courier it will take anywhere from 1-3 working days to be delivered by Post Haste. Your tracking number will be sent so you will be able to keep an eye on your orders process.

If you are needed something sent urgently please feel free to contact me and i can let you know whats possible.  

Do you have a physical store?

I WISH!! In the future I would love to have a shop but for now Thieves and Co is based online and at the markets. To find what markets we will be at check out the Market Schedule.

How much is delivery?

Courier with NZ is $6.50 or $9.50 for rural or free when you spend over $80.

Do you have Layby options?

Yes you can now use Afterpay to purchase your goodies.          

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes! You can find Gift Vouchers here. These are available in both email and hardcopy versions. These are valid to spend online and at the Markets.

What do you use for your packaging?

I try to be a eco friendly as possible. I use compostable or recycled courier bags by R3. Before you put these in the compost make sure you take the shipping label off first. 

I also use the R3 eco wrap as an alternative to bubble wrap. 

I still have a way to go to reach my goals around eco packaging but i am constantly working towards this.  

Can I place an order to send as a gift?

Yes you can!

I giftwrap all orders as I believe every one is a present even if you are treating yourself. I am happy to add a gift card to the order too just send me through an email with what message you would like to include.

There is also no invoice included in any of the parcels. You will be emailed a copy of your purchase.

The product I want is out of stock, do you have any more available?

I have stock that is not yet available online. If you want something specific please send me an email and I will get back to you with some options as soon as I can.
