FAQ

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will usually take somewhere between 2-5 days to be sent. This will just depend on what you order as some products need to be made which will take a little longer.              

Once your order is collected by the courier it will take anywhere from 1-3 working days to be delivered by Post Haste. Your tracking number will be sent so you will be able to keep an eye on your orders process. Due to COVID these wait times may vary at the moment but I am working to get your goodies on your doorstep as fast as possible. 

 

Do you offer wholesale?

I don't offer wholesale on any of my products, my range is available exclusively on my website or at markets. 

 

How does your packaging work?

CLASSIC PACKAGING

All orders will come lovingly packaged with floral sprinkles and meanings for your products. This option comes included with every order.

GIFT WRAPPING

You can upgrade to have your package gift wrapped with my floral and citrus gift wrap. This is available for $3 for each package. If you would like multiple items gift wrapped just add as many as you need and leave me some instructions at the checkout. The $3 paid towards gift wrapping will be donated to charity. This months charity is The Women's Refuge.

DELUXE PACKAGING

If you are wanting a super special gift then this packaging option is for you! Choose your colour theme or I will choose one based from your items. This will then include matching tissue, florals and deluxe gift wrapping. This option also includes a beautiful Oracle card pulled from one of my many decks. Available for $5 with $3 going towards charity.

Do you have a physical store?

Thieves and Co is based online and at the markets. To find what markets we will be at check out the Market Schedule.

 

Do you have Layby options?

Yes you can now use Afterpay to purchase your goodies.   

      

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes! You can find Gift Vouchers here. These are available in both email and hardcopy versions. These are valid to spend online and at the Markets.

 

Can I place an order to send as a gift?

Yes you can!

I am happy to add a note to the order too just add a note at the checkout with the message you would like to include.

There is also no invoice included in any of the parcels. You will be emailed a copy of your purchase.
